With Zelle, you place your order and then send the payment from your bank's app. Zelle shows the recipient as Robert Scherer, the account holder for Avera Refined Wellness, and we ship once your payment arrives. Bitcoin saves you 5% and stacks with promo codes. All transactions are SSL encrypted.

How long does shipping take?

All orders are fulfilled domestically and dispatched from within the United States. Orders ship same or next business day after payment confirmation, and most orders arrive within 2–3 business days. You'll receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order ships. Shipping is $10 flat-rate, or free on orders $150 and above.

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence. We will assess on a case-by-case basis. We are not responsible for damage caused by improper storage after delivery.

Are your products tested for purity?

Every compound is supplied to a ≥99% purity specification, measured by HPLC, and every lot arrives with the manufacturer's certificate of analysis. We also commission independent third-party testing. Those certificates are published in our COA Library at averarefined.com/COALibrary, and more are added as each batch is tested.

What is a Certificate of Analysis?

A Certificate of Analysis, or COA, is the laboratory report for a specific batch. It records what the material is, how pure it is, and how that was measured — identity confirmed by mass spectrometry, purity by HPLC-UV, plus endotoxin screening. It applies to that batch on that date, not to the product in general.

How do I verify a COA myself?

Each certificate we publish carries an accession number from the testing laboratory. Enter it on the laboratory's own site and the same result comes back, independently of us. Most vendors publish a PDF and ask you to trust it — a PDF is a file, and anyone can make a file. The accession number is what makes ours checkable.

Why doesn't every product have a published COA yet?

Every lot arrives with the manufacturer's certificate. On top of that we commission our own independent testing so the certificate is in our name and can be verified at the laboratory — a certificate in someone else's name is not something you can check. We are working through the catalogue and prioritising the compounds researchers order most. If you need results for a specific lot that is not yet published, email support@averarefined.com and we will confirm them for you.

Where are your peptides manufactured?

Lyophilized, filled and sealed in our U.S. facility from globally sourced peptide. Independent third-party certificates of analysis are published in our COA Library. The peptide raw material is globally sourced, so we qualify our origin statement rather than stating it unconditionally — we would rather be exact than imply more than we can document.

What does "research use only" mean?

All products sold by Avera Refined Wellness are strictly for in-vitro laboratory research. They are not intended for human consumption, veterinary use, or clinical/diagnostic procedures and have not been evaluated by the FDA.

Each product listing includes specific storage guidance. In general, most peptides should be stored in lyophilized (freeze-dried) form at −20°C and protected from light and moisture. Consult the batch-specific Certificate of Analysis for confirmed stability parameters.
